Personalized coaching is $125 per month and includes individualized training specific to each athlete. Training is adapted and calibrated based on your individual progress throughout a training segment and customized to each individual athlete.
If you are not able to pay the full price due to income, please let us know and we can make something work.
Training will be written and delivered via Final Surge.
